Baking obsessed from an early age, I would bake all kinds of goodies, mostly sweet, from puddings
to pastries. A degree in Catering and Hospitality Management and further work as a commis chef
through to a kitchen manager, I knew that food was where my heart lay.
Whilst having children and ‘making a home’ I became self taught in creating sugar flowers and then
these became my passion. Combining my favourite cake recipes, delicate sugar flowers
and my eye for detail, I can create you the most beautiful
centrepiece wedding cake.
