Layered with strawberry conserve and vanilla spiked buttercream.

Lemon Sponge
Drizzled with lemon syrup layered with passionfruit curd and lemon buttercream.

Chocolate Mud Cake
Layered with either dark, milk or white chocolate truffle ganache.

Chocolate Salted Caramel Mud Cake
Layered with caramel, sea salt flakes and dark chocolate truffle ganache.

Aromatic Carrot Cake
With orange zest spices and sultanas layered with coconut buttercream.

White Chocolate Mud Cake
Drizzled with Cassis liqueur, raspberry conserve and white chocolate truffle ganache.

Sticky Toffee Date Cake
Layered with walnut praline and caramel buttercream.

Tiramisu Inspired
Layers of caramel mud cake drizzled with marsala layered with espresso ganache
and dusted with cocoa.

Frangipane Sponge
Made with almond paste layered with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream.
